All our servers are hosted in Turkey; user data never leaves the country. We provide end-to-end full control through our in-house IoT layer, fintech-grade security architecture, e-invoice integration, and operations management dashboard.
Our domestically manufactured lockers blend seamlessly into building entrance lobbies with their neutral colors, quiet operation, and compact dimensions. Thanks to 4G connectivity, they require no on-site Wi-Fi — just plug them into a standard power outlet. With integrated cameras and a QR lock system, your items are accessible only to you and the DolapJet courier.
At our central cleaning facility in Istanbul, we use industrial machines and biodegradable, skin-friendly detergents. We never use perchloroethylene (PERC) or harsh petroleum-based solvents. From suits to wedding gowns, curtains to strollers — every textile and accessory imaginable is processed through our item-level digital tracking system. This ensures your items are monitored from drop-off to return, with zero risk of mix-ups.
We reduce vehicle traffic and carbon emissions through consolidated smart routes, use biodegradable chemicals, and minimize plastic waste with reusable garment bags.

Our two-tier contract structure (property & DolapJet / resident & DolapJet) ensures that property management bears no legal or financial risk. All payments are documented with e-invoices.
We operate in full compliance with KVKK (Turkish data protection law), storing all user data on servers located in Turkey. An instant e-invoice is issued for every order; no cash transactions are made. In the event of damage or loss, our garment liability policy is activated and all claims are resolved directly with us. Property management is completely outside of this process.
