Download our app, create an account, and follow the simple onboarding process. The app will guide you to your nearest DolapJet locker, where you can drop off your clothes and track the entire cleaning process.
We accept most clothing items for both laundry and dry cleaning services. This includes shirts, pants, dresses, suits, and bedding. Some specialty items like leather or wedding dresses may require special handling - the app will notify you of any special requirements.
Standard service takes 48 hours, while our express service can be completed in 24 hours. You'll receive real-time updates through the app when your clothes are ready for pickup.
Your clothes will be stored securely in the locker for up to 48 hours after completion. If you need more time, you can request an extension through the app for a small additional fee.
